Dumfries, Virginia, involved construction of the “Dumfries Laundry Mat” & future Coffee Shop (18127 Jefferson Davis Highway, Dumfries, VA) and more than 6,000 sq. ft. of “build out”
work. Because of its superior quality of construction, Kestner & Associates has been selected to complete
additional commercial work within the same shopping center.
